Meet Aussie4life

Welcome to our breeding page we breed pure bred, standard size Australian shepherds. Currently we have one male and two females, we have a working dog female Coco she’s more of a short haired Aussie and we have a champion bloodline show dog Dutchess, and she is long-haired really fluffy Aussie. Our stud dog bear has been our family dog for almost 7 years and he is just full of love, sweetheart. We breed Australian shepherds, because we would like to be able to give families a beautiful and loving, healthy pet to take home. Australian shepherds, are a very affectionate breed, and with our our first litter, we had the privilege of having Kids come pick out a puppy and me each one individually, including their parents. We enjoy being able to share how and where these puppies were raised and to spend time getting to know the families who take our puppies home. We homeschool our children, and raising Puppies is part of their education. They each pick a puppy from the litter and help with everything, feeding, weighing puppies, giving them medicine, giving them treats, playing with new toys, introducing the tunnel, introducing the pool and taking them to different heights. Every litter is an extremely fun process for us, and we enjoyed the eight weeks that we have with our puppies. We do dock our puppies tails because it’s a standard for the breed and also we have had situations where because of their energy and the way they play with each other they do have higher chances of hurting each other’s tails if they are long. So for us, it’s more of a safety hazard and because we do their tail docking so early on, it goes very smoothly and they heal really fast. The amount of exposure our puppies go through early on, makes them well suitable for any home. We also have been putting out videos on YouTube of our puppies, where they are raised and all the different things we do with them, The channel is called little things so, come, check us out. You are also more than welcome to come to our little Homestead to have a session of playtime with Puppies.
