Meet Charles Raimondo [Maravillas Dachshunds, LLC]

I'm the breeder behind Maravillas Dachshunds LLC located in Boerne, TX. We’re breeders specializing in miniature dachshunds. My wife and I are avid lovers of animals in general. We fell in love with this breed when we got Bonnie [CKC] our baby girl, the long hair red. From there it was Clyde the dapple with blue eyes. Then we decided to just go all in and breed them so we purchased 4 [AKC] puppies from an amazing breeder who had developed her bloodline for 20+ years. We feel blessed that she trusted us to continue for her. We have several protocols to ensure the health & well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to ensure our puppies go to families. We handle the puppies daily so they will be used to having someone love on them already. What makes our breeding program special? Our purebred puppies AKC & CKC come with limited registration unless otherwise specified or agreed upon during the purchase. All of our dogs that we breed live in-house and are family. We treat their puppies like family until the day they leave. Our goal is to raise and create companions for our adoption families. A companion who will make their life more fulfilled. We believe this type of breeding program can and does create a better quality companion for the individual looking for a dog of this breed. We perform genetic testing, puppies are microchipped upon request and during the purchase agreement process, and they come w/ shots & deworming. I do everything I can to socialize my puppies. I want them to be easily trainable and have a smooth transition to their new home. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Crate Training, Various Surfaces, Sound Stimulation, Household Desensitization, Various People, and Socialized with Adult Dogs.
