The American Bulldog is a bulldog breed that is used for work and guarding, being assigned to the working group. Bred from English Bulldogs, they were popular for their work ethic and were commonly used on farms before nearing extinction during World Wars I and II. American Bulldogs share much in common with other breeds of bulldog descent, but they also have several unique features. American Bulldogs are a strong breed. Smart as heck. Loving. Gentle Giants, but do possess a very keen sense to protect their families. They are great with children!! We love American Bulldogs!! Their love, reverence, protection, and loyalty qualities are unmatched! And we'd like to share that love with everyone!
