Hello, My name is Debbi and I have been breeding full blooded Siberian Huskies for well over 5 years. I grew up in Alaska where my parents raised Siberian Huskies and trained them for the Iditarod mushers. I have been around the breed since I was 4 yrs old. This breed is very energetic and is considered a working dog. They love to run and go for long walks. I recommend when securing your husky is to have them in a fenced in yard with at least 6" high fence. I do not recommend tethering your husky for long periods of time.
