Meet Janice Troyer

Hey, I'm a dog lover and a fan of any small fluffy doggy. I got my first shih Tzu as a pet at age 13, and he became my best friend. My goal is to make others as happy with their puppy as I have been with mine. I have a small Pa state licenced kennel where I breed shih Tzus and Bichon mix puppies as a side job.
