I grew up around dogs when I was living in Nigeria as a child. We did not get another dog when we moved to America until I graduated college and met my baby boy Ghost. He is a purebred Great Pyrenees, who simply told his siblings to leave me alone because I was his person. I had no intentions of buying him at the time, but when he walked over to me, growled at his siblings, and laid down next to me, I knew I had to take him home. I took my female Pyrenees (Lucy) in, after she was rescued from an abusive breeder in North Carolina and needed to be rehomed. She was terrified of me at first, but with Ghost always calming her down, she is now a loving member of the family. I was able to get her to proper weight with the proper nutrition, and we got her to start running so she could build her muscles up. My two babies their fair share of Iams as well as American Journey, and meat as they are both picky eaters. They enjoy their long walks, running in the yard, barking at strangers & birds, and of course their belly rubs. These two are my life, and I only hope to find similar, if not better homes for their puppies.
