Meet Lisa Detweiler

We are a family with five kids and one dog (Scout). She lives in our home with us, and she thinks she's a lap dog, even though she doesn't fit well (she's 25 pounds). Her favorite game is tug, and she loves when we grill because she always gets a piece. She's been very quick to learn house-training and tricks. We try to follow Dr. Ian Dunbar's approach to caring for Scout and her puppies. (www.dunbaracademy.com). They are born and raised in our home, along with time in the yard. They are exposed to a large variety of people, sights, sounds, and smells. We start the house and crate training process so they should go home with a strong association to pottying outside and sleeping in their crate. We want to give them the best start possible.
