We are Reuben & Lorene Stutzman, here at R & L Kennels. We started breeding Shih-tzus in 2014, and Frenchies in 2020. We have also raised Poodles and Pekingese in the past. We live on 5 acres in Arthur, IL. The Lord has blessed us with ten children. All our puppies are well socialized and vet cared for.
