Meet Rachel S. Hoover

Our puppies are raised with our children, lovingly romped with every day and cared for tenderly by their adoring and committed owner. Puppies and children alike romp in the green grass, breathing in the fresh country air and soaking up sunshine and breeze, while bonding and thoroughly enjoying a very happy relationship. Our puppies are named, have their personalities discussed, get cuddled, spoken to and are well familiarized with children.
