Meet River Bend Pups

At Riverbend Pups, we’re a small, family-based breeding program located just outside Richmond, Virginia, where our puppies are raised right in our home—not in kennels. They grow up surrounded by children, other dogs, and even a cat, which means they’re well-socialized, confident, and ready to become beloved family members. We specialize in small, affectionate breeds like Mini Goldendoodles, Cockapoos, and Chihuahuas—carefully chosen for their excellent temperaments, health, and companionship qualities. Our parent dogs are health tested, and every puppy receives a full vet check before going to their forever homes. We go the extra mile to ensure each puppy has the best possible start. Every puppy goes home with a care package, which includes: A blanket that smells like mom & littermates A toy Puppy food & treats Their next dose of Panacur dewormer Their first month of NexGard or Revolution (monthly parasite prevention) We are committed to transparency and want families to feel confident when choosing a River Bend Pup. We’re always happy to provide videos or do live video calls before a deposit is placed, so you know we’re the real deal and can see our puppies in action. In person meet and greets are allowed.
