We have been breeding for over 20 years. I specialize in teacup yorkies, but have a couple other breeds as well. I strive to deliver the best quality and healthiest puppies. All are pups are raised inside our home. We do have 1 year health guarantee on anything genetics. We are always available for any questions or concerns even after the 1 year is up. We do not want any of our pups going to shelters. If at any point in your life you are unable to take care of the pup (because we know life happens) we will take pup back (no refunds) and find a good home no matter of age. If we can't find a good home the pup will always have a home with me. I have been very fortunate that over 20 years I have only had 1 pomsky and 1 yorkie brought back. We have flight nannies available, sometimes ground transportation, and we will also meet within a couple hours. If you are wanting to fly in to pick up we would meet you at the airport which our closest is Nashville Tennessee. I only require a $100 deposit (non-refundable) if I have to hold pup till pickup or if pup is not ready which goes towards the total cost of pup. That is to assure me that you are serious about getting the pup and guarantees you no one else can take pup. Also, I am not a photographer so my pics are definitely basic, but can send updated and hopefully better pics if requested for more. We try to check messages just as fast as they appear, but we do get busy and the fastest way to reach us will be through text or call because we try to have our phones on us at all times.
