Tiny, silly and adorably cuddly! These pretty little things are Miniature Dachshunds. This German breed comes in a variety of colors and coat types. From long coats to short coats, wiry to smooth, black to cream to dapple, there is so much diversity! Originally bred for hunting, they have long bodies, short legs and a loud bark, which make them perfect for driving out burrowing animals, like rabbits and badgers, from their burrows. They are small and courageous dogs; comical, and having personalities too big for their size! Today, they are known as beloved companions and family pets. This dog might be bold and fearless, but they are undoubtedly affectionate and loyal, deeply devoted and, often times, bonding strongly with one individual. They are intelligent, yet independent. Goofy, mischievous and playful. They can be good with children who know how to handle them with respect, and other pets when properly introduced. These adorable, little munchkins are friendly and playful. Having been raised with children, they love all the attention they can get and enjoy playtime with each other and their human friends -rolling a ball, chewing a toy, tugging on an ear or simply going on a new adventure. Living on the property with them is their lovely mom, Caramel. Caramel is a gentle and affectionate family pet who is wonderful with children and, though shy at first, would happy to meet you! She weighs eight and a half pounds and their dad weighs about eleven pounds. These puppies are ACA registered and will go to their fur-ever homes having been looked over by the vet, worm treated and up-to-date on their vaccinations.
