Meet a little dog with a lions heart and a sparkle that can light up an entire home! The Yorkshire Terrier carries itself with confidence and charm; flashing bright, curious eyes and perky ears and having a silky, flowing, low-shed coat that makes its tiny frame appear larger than it really is. Although its purpose was originally to catch rats in textile mills, the Yorkshire Terrier, affectionately known as the Yorkie, soon traded its place on mill floors for cushions on couches; becoming a beloved companion all over the world. They are courageous, yet affectionate, spirited, yet loyal. The Yorkie thrives on connection and human interaction, desiring to be close to their people and loving family life. Gentle and playful with children, they're along for the ride, whatever that may be! Backyard treasure hunts, living room tea parties, games of fetch or learning new tricks. They are adaptable, intelligent and trainable. These puppies are house raised with children and enjoy playtime and affection. They are friendly and curious. Living with them is their mom, Kyla, a house companion who loves children. Kyla weighs 7 lbs and their dad weighs 4.3 lbs. This little girl weighs 2.2 lbs at eight weeks old and is completely black, making her extremely rare! These puppies will go to their new homes having been vet checked, vaccinated and worm treated. Are you ready to have your new fur-ever friend curled up close to you? How about trotting proudly by your side? And of course, greeting you at the door as if you've been gone for a thousand years?! Call anytime with questions and to schedule a time to meet. Leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Bring home a legend and discover how something so tiny can fill your life with things so immeasurably big!

Amos was great. I was interested in Jenny (Now named Juno) He communicated with me very well. I had contacted him on tuesday and i had picked up my puppy by Saturday. I met the mom of the puppies and she was beautiful. All of the babies look very good and healthy. I definitely recommend Amos to anyone looking for a puppy. My girl is happy and loving life!
Pros
AKC's most popular toy breed — a companion dog royalty with nearly 150 years of US show history
Silky, continuously growing coat doesn't shed — widely considered hypoallergenic by American allergy sufferers
Outsized terrier personality in a 7-pound body — the quintessential American 'big dog in a small package'
Highly trainable for its size: consistent AKC obedience and agility competitor
Cons
The show coat requires daily attention and professional grooming every 6-8 weeks — a significant ongoing investment
Hypoglycemia in young puppies (especially Teacup-sized Yorkies) requires careful feeding management
Portosystemic liver shunts occur at higher rates in the breed — symptoms may not appear until adulthood
Fragile frame — inappropriate handling, falls, or interactions with larger dogs can cause serious injury
