My head is round as an apple, my muzzle short and sweet, and my face does this thing where it says everything before I even bark—eyebrows up when I'm curious, eyes soft and melty when I want a cuddle, whole face lit up like a firework when you walk in the door. My body is compact and solid, cobby, my person calls it, built low and sturdy and just right, the kind of shape that makes people stop mid-sentence and go "oh my gosh, look at him." And here's my secret, the thing that makes me so good at being me: I am two dogs in one, and I know exactly which one to be and when. Put me down on the floor and I am pure chaos and joy, bouncing and prancing, batting my toys around, doing little play-bows and yips just to see what happens, bubbling over with puppy nonsense because the floor is for fun. But scoop me up into your arms, and something in me just settles—I go soft and warm and heavy in that good way, tucking my little face into your neck, perfectly content to melt there for as long as you'll hold me. Down, I play. Up, I love. That's the whole secret to me, and it works every single time. Shayna's Note: Odin is tiny...like, tiny! He may catch up some along the way, but he hasn't so far.
