This is an adorable pair of pups from Betty and Peanut. This is Betty's first litter and she has shown to be a very loving good mom. Baxter is a cute little black smooth coat and Bonnie is a belge fuzzy rough coat. Both are sweet and a have great loving attitudes. Both pups are still a bit shy of new surroundings but both are adventurous and start exploring immediately. Because these are Bettty's first pups I am not sure quite what size they will be but they are not going to be tiny. Guessing 10-11 lbs. They are going to make very nice indoor house dogs.
AKC registration paperwork, microchipped, healthy, vaccinated, and ready. They follow me around everywhere wanting to be held. They are smart and just need a lap for them to snuggle.
As a breed - Brussels Griffon are needy little lap dogs. They will pick their people and spend the next 10-12 yrs typically ON that person or at least within a few feet. This is not a breed you can ignore not that you will want to. Adorable little faces to stare into. If you do not want a dog sitting in your lap at all times demanding your full attention - then this breed is probably not for you. BG do not really have an independent bone in their body. They can take some time to figure out the whole potty training thing.......but they DO train and once they have it- they have it. Doggy doors and crate training speed the process along.
Baxter is a sweet black smooth coat Brussels Griffon. Kind of a rare color/coat combination. You see black rough coats like his mom Betty pretty often and you see red and belge or black & tan smooth coats. But I rarely see black smooth coats. He is adorable. Rather shy of new surroundings but it doesn't take long and he is off investigating the new area and what it has to offer. He loves toys, loves playing with the other puppies and is a good eater.
