We are seeking a very specific home for Penny. She is a sweet, friendly girl but she is extremely bashful. While she has a clean bill of health from the vet otherwise, we believe she has a narrow trachea. This causes her to have audible, raspy, and limited breathing whenever she gets excited and plays. She must live in a cool, air conditioned environment, Use a harness, not a collar, and maintain a lean weight to keep pressure off her airway. Bringing her into your home may be costly. Wow she is doing well now, she may require specialized veterinary care, imaging, or even surgery in the future to manage her breathing. Depending on the care and the severity of the condition as she grows, she could have a normal life or a significantly shortened one. The listed price for her is ONLY to cover advertising costs and paperwork. We are not looking for a "quick sale". We are looking for an informed, compassionate owner who understands the physical and financial reality of raising a special needs bulldog.

Jamie was very responsive to our emails/texts and had a call with us to answer our questions. We have had Mookie for almost two weeks and he is a wonderful addition to our family.
