Redeemer’s Reds Labrador Retrievers is a family breeder. Our labs are raised in our home and the parents are our family pets who live in our home with us. We aim to provide great pups to families for pets, hunting, and service animals, and we make a concerted effort to expose them to things they may expect to encounter with their new owners. Before the pups leave our home they are well-socialized to children and sounds they may hear in nature, in homes, in cities, and public places, such as vacuum cleaners, power tools, loud play, trains, subways, thunderstorms, fireworks, and firearms. They are generally calm in nature, gentle, affectionate, and great with children. They will come to you accustomed to a crate and we highly recommend you continue to crate them for at least their first year (so keep that in mind when you select a crate). This helps with house training and offers your pup a safe, familiar place to go to for rest. It will also help in the future if you need to crate them for travel or special situations. Ruby (mama) is 75-80 lbs, and their daddy, Rusty, is 70-75lbs. Other pups from past litters range in size from 63- to 107 -lbs, so your pup will fall somewhere in that range depending on how you feed and exercise them.
The pups will be vet-checked and have their first set of vaccinations by the time they are available to go home. We ask for a deposit of $200 to hold the puppy of your choosing, or you may give a deposit and choose from available unreserved pups on the day of pickup. We will hold your pup past eight-weeks -old (in this case until closer to Christmas), if necessary, by special arrangement. Your deposit will be refundable up to the pup’s age of 10 weeks. If you change your mind after ten weeks, the deposit is not refundable. Please contact us with any questions you may have. We are also happy to put you in touch with other previous customers who can tell you about their experiences with our puppies.
Nugget is a playful pup who knows what he wants. He is quick to greet people when they approach and loves to be picked up and snuggled.
