At Pleasant Valley Newfoundlands, we do all we can to prepare our puppies for their new home. We have our own socialization program that we put every puppy through. By the time they are 8 weeks old, they have been introduced to many, many sights, sounds, people, and experiences. They use a potty tray on the inside, and have access to the outside through a doggy door, where they potty as well. Each puppy is handled multiple times a day, by multiple people. Most of them know "sit", "stay", "come", and are leash trained.
Each puppy also comes with a prepaid global pet security app, a $200 value, which you get absolutely free.
Leo is the class clown, from his goofy expression, to his playful antics. He doesn't have the thick coat that a lot of our puppies have, making him easier to care for. He looks smaller in the videos because of this, but don't let it fool you. He weighs 18 pounds at 8 weeks, a couple pounds more than most of the others. I am expecting him to grow into a big boy!
Leo has been the first in the litter to catch onto almost everything. We are so proud of his big brains! :)
