We have raised pure bred Australian Shepherds for 25 years. However we are not a puppy mill. We rarely breed unless the parents have the correct criteria. coloration as well as temperament of the parents would produce gorgeous well mannered puppies. The mom, Lollypup has a gorgeous copper, gold and white coat and is the gentlest Aussie we’ve ever had. The dad, Snickers has prominent brown eye brows which make him look fierce, but he is a lovable goofball except when it come to his role as protector. He will let us k ow with a deep bark well before the car is in our driveway. We made the right decision. The 2 Red Merles are SOLD a well as 1 black tri male and 1 female black tri. The remaining 3 male black tri-s will melt hearts. Puppies have been vet checked, tails bobbed to breed standard and dewclaws removed. They have received their second vet check and first set of vaccinations. Dad loves to retrieve balls, chase the water from hoses and belly rubs. The natural herding instinct of these pure bred dogs was evident when our friend brought over her dachshunds. When they wandered too far our dog would herd them back. As she read her book and her dogs went too far she would say “Snickers go get them” and our dog would bring them back. He did this with out ever being trained. Our Aussies weigh between 45 and 60 pounds. They are very protective. If they hear a strange noise, they will position themselves in front of Jackie. Their bark is deep enough to make others think twice. The parents are kennel trained in our home and the puppies are in a pen inside. They get fed outside 3 times a day, after which there is 2-3 hours outdoor playtime. Since we are retired one of us gets to watch them as they run, wrestle and fight over their toys. While a parent dog interacts. Friends love to come over to play with them so they are well socialized. Don’t let the low price fool you. The mom has won AKC agility ribbons and the dad’s lineage goes back 4 generations. Our low price is to find appropriate homes for this active breed. We have had puppies that have gone to other states and even to Italy. Be careful of relocation services that make money from middleman charges and handle huge puppy breeders.
