Zena (mother) is a shy flashy tri color English Shepherd that loves to patrol the property in search of intruding varmints. She is a very loyal and great watchdog. In her spare time, she enjoys teasing the rooster and helping with chores around the shop.
“Bear” (father) is a white German Shepherd is great with kids.
Although Zena has not had much training to herd livestock, she has shown the desire to and would have great potential. While English Shepherds are bred for herding, they tend to be loyal companions. Someone that purchased one of her puppies in 2023 commented that “I have had many dogs, and this one is the easiest one to train I’ve ever had”.
