Mr. Kauffman answered the phone on a Friday evening when we called and was very kind. We made arrangements to come see the remaining two puppies the next afternoon. He let my son see them both and see which he'd like to take home. The puppies were happy, playful and healthy. He was a pleasure to do business with.
