We had a wonderful experience with Ben! From our very first phone call, he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to tell us everything about the puppy, which made us feel so comfortable and confident. We also chose to have the puppy transported for an additional fee, and it was absolutely worth it for the convenience and peace of mind. The transporter kept us updated with photos as soon as she picked him up and delivered him right on schedule. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
