French Bulldogs are smart, simple, affectionate, and playful pups. They’re fearless in the face of danger but also have a sensitive side. Although they have frowny faces, Frenchies are known for their happy-go-lucky attitude and loyalty. These dogs are happiest by their owner’s side. French Bulldogs love living with other dogs, pets, and kids. They’re great family pets and adapt well to just about any setting, including apartment living. Some Frenchies are cautious with strangers, but most are friendly to everyone. They love to snuggle but tend to drool or snore, making them less-than-ideal bed buddies. French Bulldogs also don’t like hot weather and swimming, so keep them indoors and away from water.
