When the kennel door opened, he didn't rush out with the crowd. Instead, he chose to remain inside the kennel for a bit longer, taking his time to process the environment independently while his littermates moved ahead. What this means for his future: Solo is a quiet observer who likes to process changes at his own pace before making a move. He doesn't succumb to peer pressure or follow the crowd. He will do best with an owner who appreciates a more independent, calm dog and is willing to give him a little extra patience and individual confidence building as he figures out the world! Feeding & Toy Observation: Solo is a polite, non-reactive eater who avoids unnecessary drama. When the food bowl goes down, he calmly waits on the outside for the initial frantic rush to clear before stepping up to get his share. He is highly independent with his resources—if he gets a prized toy or a special piece of food, he will deliberately take it away from the group to enjoy it in a quiet corner by himself. Problem Solving & Exploration: While his small sister is the escape artist, Solo's genius is his own confidence. He is always happily found wherever the crowd isn't. He has a "what's in it for me" attitude, meaning he is highly self-motivated. When a brand new object or environment is introduced, he doesn't rush blindly; he investigates it entirely on his own terms, showing excellent independent confidence and zero reliance on pack mentality.
