When released from the kennel, he didn't just rush off or panic. Instead, he calmly moved over to the side, focused completely on me, and waited patiently for direct guidance before relieving himself. What this means for his future: Jr Mits has an incredible foundation for advanced training. He is highly biddable and shows a natural instinct to check in with his handler for permission and direction before making a move. He is going to be exceptionally easy to train, highly attentive, and perfect for an owner who loves to teach their dog new tasks! (Feeding Time Observation Add-on): Behavior: Approached the food calmly, sniffed around, "talked" a little bit, stepped away to relieve himself, and then went right back to eating his meal.What it means: He has excellent focus and handles transitions beautifully. He doesn't get frantic around food, can easily interrupt what he is doing to potty, and has the smarts to go right back to his task without getting distracted.
