“This is what fall dreams are made of! 🍁🐾” Look at me! I'm an adorable Australian Shepherd Puppy! My Mom is Becky and she is 40lbs. My Dad is Bluey and he is 35lbs. I was born on July 16th and I will be ready for my forever home on September 10th! I have been family raised on a farm in the country around children. I am up to date on my shots and de wormers. I have been checked by a veterinarian and I am microchipped. For more information or to schedule a visit with me, please contact Marlene Monday through Saturday. All Sunday calls will be returned on Monday. I will come with a 30 day health guarantee. I will be sent to my new home with a some of my current food, my vet and shot and dewormer records. We would be happy to help you with setting up transportation and shipping of your puppy if needed at an additional cost. Australian Shepherds, bred initially to herd livestock and be work dogs, have maintained their energetic nature and are happiest when given a task and being played with. These dogs are very intelligent and thrive when performing activities and love to learn new tricks and games. They are easy to train and highly intelligent. They really enjoy activities such as fetch. Aussies are prone to explore and have very high energy needs. It is important for them to get lots of exercise. Without a job to do they will often invent their own job so it is important to keep them occupied; they can even learn how to help with chores! Their ability to perform tasks make them excellent guide dogs for personal assistance and they excel at search and rescue or police work as well. Australian Shepherds can make excellent family dogs for active families. They are very loyal and bond well with owners while also doing well with strangers and other dogs as well. Their tendency to herd may have them gently herding kids, but they usually do really well with children! Australian Shepherds also are very protective and will warn their owners if they hear or see something, and require a confident owner or they will feel like they are assuming the dominant role. Aussies are beautiful dogs with a wide range of colors that vary greatly between puppies. Australian Shepherds usually range from 18-23 inches tall and weigh between 40-65 pounds. These dogs are happy to take commands and will be excited to play with you!
