Description

🐾 Fresh blooms, sunny days, and the cutest puppies you’ll ever meet! I am a Welsh Corgi puppy! I was born on January 31st and I will be ready for my forever home on March 28th! I have been family raised on a mini farm in the country. I have had my shots and de-wormers. For more information or to schedule a visit with me, please contact Eli Monday through Saturday. All Sunday calls will be returned on Monday. My Mom is Amy a 10lb AKC Corgi. I will come with amy shot and dewormer records and some of my current food. We would be happy to help you with setting up transportation and shipping of your puppy if needed at an additional cost. Corgis are all around lovable dogs with a fun personality and adorable appearance. Originally bred as herding dogs, Corgis are intelligent and bond really well with their families. They have a desire to please that makes them very easy dogs to train, and they are adaptable to about any living environment, as long as they get proper exercise. Corgis are known to do really well around children, although they may try to herd them and nip at them as part of their natural instinct, and can also live with other animals as long as they are well socialized early on. Despite their size, they are energetic dogs and require attention and exercise throughout the day. Their intelligence makes them very fun dogs to play with but can also make them stubborn, and if issues arise it is recommended to crate train them, especially if left alone for periods of time. They make very good watchdogs and tend to be suspicious of people they don’t know, as well as other objects that seem threatening. Corgis are known to be very vocal and will let you know if they see something that catches their attention. Easily recognizable by their appearance, Corgis are typically between 10 and 12 inches tall, and weigh less than 30 pounds. Corgis are prone to overeat so food should be monitored to keep them healthy. This breed is double-coated, meaning that they have a thick undercoat, and long topcoat. They shed a lot, and should be brushed regularly to keep their coat well-groomed. The length and color of the coat can vary between dogs, and colors range between red, sable, black, tri-colored, and fawn, with white markings. Corgis are an adorable puppy that is perfect for the whole family!
