This mini poodle litter (3 boys & 2 girls) was born on Sept. 27th and will be ready to go to their new home on or after Nov. 24th – just in time for the holidays! They come from parents who both weigh 11 1/2 pounds, neither of whom have had any health problems. They have had their dew claws removed, and they have their natural tail length (they are not cropped). They come with a one year written health guarantee, lots of written puppy tips, and will have their first series of puppy vaccines and will be given dewormer on a regular basis by the time they go to their new home. I am taking a deposit of half her price plus tax to hold one until he/she is ready to go to their new home. I breed my poodles with the intention of making wonderful, loving pets. I do not breed for show quality, they are not registerable, nor do I sell them with the intention of them being breeding dogs for their new owners. All of our dogs and puppies are raised in our home and are our pets. I sell my puppies to people intending to add a loving new family member to their household and who will integrate them into their families and homes. I will not sell them to anyone who plans to make them live outside in a barn, shed, kennel or dog box, so please make sure that having a new indoor pet to love and house train is what you really want. I live on the east side of Butler, Ohio 44822 – about an hour north of Columbus and less than two hours south-west of Cleveland. I would love for you to set up a time with me to have a Zoom or FaceTime appt. with the puppies to see them, or you are welcome to come and visit with my babies and see how adorable they really are!

Poodles are a group of formal dog breeds. They can be clipped into shorthaired, nearly maintenance-free dogs. They also have the advantage of being the lightest-shedding, most hypoallergenic of all coated breeds. They are also elegant, energetic athletes who move with a light, springy gait or prance adorably through the house. They excel in advanced obedience competition, where retrieving and jumping skills are required, and in agility (obstacle course) competitions, where they fly over and under and through the obstacles with a strength and grace that is breathtaking to watch. Even better, a Poodle is one of the smartest and most trainable of all breeds. He is a "thinking" dog who pays rapt attention to his owner, learns quickly, and responds eagerly to positive training methods. Poodles do well with some sort of mental stimulation in order to be happy -- obedience classes, agility classes, or challenging games such as hide 'n seek or fetching a variety of toys. This intelligent breed cannot simply sit in the backyard and be ignored. Most Poodles make great watchdogs and some even have mild (and sensible) protective instincts, but this is not an aggressive breed. Their attitude toward people varies from friendly to politely reserved. Early socialization is important to avoid excessive watchfulness or timidity. With other dogs and cats, Poodles are usually peaceful and accepting. They need a lot of daily companionship. They suffer from loneliness and separation anxiety if left alone too long. Similarly, Poodles can get emotionally upset if there's too much activity, tension or roughhousing in your household -- they prefer peace and harmony and lots of attention.
