Let me tell you my story. In my youth, when I was just a little Miniature Poodle, I was watching and waiting, day and night, for my fur-ever family to find me. One day, out of the blue, a person showed up. I knew in an instant that this was MY person. You see, long ago, my family came from Europe, where we were clever water retrievers, helping out and learning quickly. I think thats why I understood so well. When I came home, I was given a soft bed as a gift of gratitude for choosing them-and I used it; but I preferred curling up close to my person even more. I knew they preferred it, too! In the mornings, I sat by their feet for breakfast, hoping for a tiny taste and a big smile. We would go on exciting walks, where I would trot proudly, my curly coat bouncing as we explored the great, big world. Warm, summer days resting together on the soft, green grass under the shade of an old maple. Watching the leaves dance while getting scratched behind my ears. Trekking through the winter snows, making snowdogs and snow angels; my soft paws leaving trails everywhere! Digging holes for spring flowers -what fun! Even if it DID get a bit messy. Jumping into big piles of crunchy, colorful, autumn leaves -tiny tail wagging and hearing joyful laughs. Curling up on the couch together, happy and warm. And even when I got old, I never left my persons side. Being by my persons side is what they needed most-and I loved every moment! In case you were wondering ...YOU are my person and this is our story yet to be written. I'm here, waiting just for you! I was raised with children-they are so much fun! So I'm ready for a family- big or small! I am microchipped. I have been looked over by the vet, vaccinated and worm treated.
