Say hello to this beautiful Akita! Rhea is a very special lady and would lay down her life for those she loves. She is house trained. Rhea is register with the American Kennel Club as well as the American Canine Association. She has had several beautiful litters of puppies and is now ready to retire and go on living her best life! Akita's are known to be able to live around 16 years of age, so this sweet girl has plenty of energy and life to go! Rhea would do best in a home of only male dogs, small breed female dogs, or being the only dog. She feels challenged if she has to live with another females her size. Rhea is also not a big fan of cats. Her calm disposition along with how gentle she is to not jump on people makes her wonderful with children and loves anyone who will give her love and attention. Rhea would make a lovely companion for an older couple or person as she is a loyal guardian and loves her people more than anything. She would do best at a home with a fence but is also lease trained. Right now Rhea is shedding her winter coat for spring but will soon have back her beautiful coat!
