We adopted Cupcake from Mary & Gaylord one year ago after the passing of our beloved Lhasa Apso, Jolie, who lived to the age of 20. Cupcake became the most loving dog we've ever had - bringing us daily joy, peace, and unconditional love.
Every morning, she would bring her ball and toys to our bed to wake us up. She'd lick my hair, strand by strand, then nuzzle my ears until I smiled and started my day with laughter. That was her sweet routine for the past year - until June 25, 2025, when the unthinkable happened. She leapt from my arms, ran into the street, and was instantly taken from us. My wife and I have been heartbroken ever since. Cupcake was truly our baby, and the house feels empty without her. Missing her deeply, we reached out to Mary & Gaylord in hopes they might have another puppy from Cupcake's lineage. To our joy, they did - and today, just two days after losing Cupcake, we adopted her sibling, Daisy. As someone living with diabetes and with my wife managing ongoing health issues, the love of a dog like Cupcake - and now Daisy - gives us strength, comfort, and hope. We look forward to welcoming Daisy into our home and continuing the legacy of love we've shared with our dogs for over three decades. May God bless Mary & Gaylord with health and happiness for raising such beautiful, affectionate, and deeply loved puppies. If all humans had hearts like our pets, there would be no wars - only love. We love our new addition, Ollie is an adorable Lhasa-Poo who is now about 13 weeks old. We're so happy we bought him from Mary and her family. He is a happy and intelligent puppy who is already loyal to his family. Mary was so easy to work with and she even set up shipping for us! Thank you Mary!

I got Joseph, a Lhasa-Poo, from Mary and her daughter, Sue, about six months ago. He is a year old now. For some reason, he was the last of his litter to be adopted. Joseph is such a good boy! He is about 18 lbs now and is a complete ball of joy! His hair is a mix of light brown and white with different shades throughout. The hair is mostly straight and flowing like a Lhasa with a little curl from the poodle in him on top of his head, and it is unbelievably soft and fluffy. Everyone who meets him comments on how cute and soft he is. Joseph is more than just an adorable ball of fur, though. He is playful, curious about everything, and I swear he can understand my words! His intelligence also made it easy for me to housetrain him. That training was so easy, we moved on to sit, stay, jump, and of course, he loves to run and catch a ball. He mastered all of these super quickly. It is impossible for me not to have a good day with this little fella! Joseph also has a good heart. He is such a sweet doggo. You will just melt when you look into his eyes. He must have gotten that from Mary and Sue, as they were so sweet as well. I highly recommend Adorable Pets, Mary and Sue, if you're looking for your own fur baby!
