Say hello to Chase! He is a sweet, gentle pup and would make a great family pet. Chase is so gentle and patient with our toddler! His mom is an import from Serbia and his dad is an import from Hungary so he has completely international bloodlines. Both come from excellent European champion backgrounds. He will be up to date on vaccinations and dewormed as well as vet checked twice by eight weeks. Check out our Berry Manor Mountain Dogs website and Facebook page for more information about us and our dogs. Call or text with any questions!

Bernese Mountain Dog

7 weeks 2 days old

Look at me! I am an AKC registered Bernese Mountain Dog puppy! My Mom is Chia a 90 pound Bernese and my Dad is Espresso a 120 pound Bernese. I was born on March 5th and I will be ready for my forever home on April 30th! I have been family raised on a farm in the country around children. I have had my shots and de-wormers. I have been checked by a veterinarian and I am micro-chipped.

I will come with a small bag of my current food, a folder with my vet papers and a health guarantee.  I will also come with my AKC paperwork.

We would be happy to help you with setting up transportation and shipping of your puppy if needed at an additional charge.

For more information or to schedule a visit with me, please contact Dean and Heather Monday through Saturday. All Sunday calls will be returned on Monday.

Some additional info about Bernese -

These large but extremely friendly dogs were originally bred as work dogs but now are affectionate family dogs that love to be included in all activities. Bernese are known for their extremely friendly disposition and are overall very loving and loyal dogs. They are very intelligent and are easy to train but this needs to be started early on as puppies. These dogs use their mouths to communicate, can be nippy and chew as well as bark, but make great watchdogs. Being large, long haired dogs, they shed a lot and require grooming, as well as drool, but are extremely loving and should be kept inside the house rather than outside away from the family. These dogs can make excellent family pets and are known to do very well with strangers as well because of how happy they are overall. They require a good amount of exercise and are very playful. As puppies they enjoy playing rough, but mature Bernese can be very well behaved and are very gentle. They enjoy chasing small animals and have a very high prey drive. Because of their thick coat these dogs tolerate cold weather very well but do not do as well being in hot weather.
