Dachshunds are an easily recognizable dog that has a fun-loving personality and confident stance. These expressive dogs easily capture the hearts of those around them, and are loyal to a fault, often bonding closely with one family member. They love to be a part of everything going on, and will often think that they know best, which means they need focused training from an early age. Dachshunds are mischievous dogs that were originally bred for hunting and can exhibit some traits that reflect that, as well as show destructive behavior when their energy is not properly directed. Because of their size they adapt well to apartment living, but need to be exercised regularly both mentally and physically. Despite their small size, Dachshunds tend to have unusually loud and deep barks, and like to use their voice to communicate. They are little packages with lots of energy and will love to play games with their owners. Although they typically love to be outside to play, they should not be kept outdoors and are much better suited as house pets. If motivated, they can learn quickly, but get bored easily if not properly entertained.

Dachshund coats on dachshunds vary and depend on whether they are smooth, wirehaired, or longhaired. No matter which type of dachshund, it is important to clean their ears, as droopy ears on dogs can make them more prone to bacteria. Dachshunds are relatively easy to care for, though they are prone to weight gains so food and exercise to be monitored in order to ensure they stay healthy.

The Labrador Retriever, also known as the Lab is a gentle, affectionate, and intelligent breed that has been extremely popular for decades.  The Lab’s temperament is kind, sensitive, and loyal to name just a few of their outstanding qualities.  In 1991 the Labrador Retriever was the most registered breed with the AKC.  The Lab is not just an excellent family dog, but they are also used as guide dogs, military service dogs, search and rescue dogs, as well as assisting the disabled.  Though the Labrador Retriever is categorized as a sporting breed with the AKC they are now mainly found to be wonderful family companions.  They have a soft and gentle jaw which assists them in handling fowl or fish after retrieving.  The Labrador Retriever is very energetic, intelligent, and therefore easy to train.  Early training is advisable so an excitable pup does not become a very out of control dog.  The Labrador Retriever has a double coat which is either, black, brown, or yellow.  The breed is a low grooming one but daily brushing is advised.  It is important to brush their teeth at least 2 - 3x/ week, and trim their nails 1 - 2x/month.  The breed is typically 21 - 24 inches at their withers, normally weighs 50  - 80 pounds, and usually has a lifespan of 10 - 14 years.  The Labradors are generally a healthy breed and with routine veterinary visits and much love they should live a long and happy life.

We use a local shipper.  It's an additional $300 east and $400 west of the Mississippi River. The puppies generally arrive on Tuesday night or Wednesday East of the Mississippi and Wednesday through Friday West of the Mississippi. The shipper takes Venmo, PayPal, or cash and that can be paid at delivery

Meet Muffin! She is an F1 Cockapoo. She is a sweet, affectionate little girl who loves to play and explore.

Her mother, Wilma, is a playful and affectionate 20lbs Cocker Spaniel. Her father, Crockett, is an outgoing and friendly Mini Poodle weighing 15 lbs. 

Muffin has been raised in our home and has received much love and care. She is vet-checked, up to date on her vaccines, and has a one-year genetic health guarantee. Starting at 4 weeks old, we began litter box training her using pelletized pellets/shavings for small animals. Although she will need additional training in her new environment, she already has an understanding of where is the correct place to "go". We will send her home with a bag full of goodies which will include a 4 lb. bag of puppy food, training treats, a toy, and a blanket that smells like home.
