Located in Saxonburg PA we live on a 200+ acre farm where we raise and breed American Bullies. We have been doing this for a few years with successful litters every time. We are in this for the love of the breed and truly want our babies placed in the best possible homes living their best life! They are ABKC registered, strong bloodline and parents are Embark tested Genetic and Health with excellent health records. Parents are on site. Our puppies are spoiled, they live indoors, they have unlimited play areas -- going on walks to our back field is an all time favorite activity for all our dogs, they love to play with fetch toys ($$$) or sticks (free) LOL, they get attention from adults and kids (5 yrs to 14 yrs). We work with them daily on house training, manners, obedience, etc. They are UTD on shots except Rabies and have had 1 dose of Flea and Tick drops. The listed price is as "Pet Only"; you may purchase their registration papers "Breeding Rights" for an upcharge. We do have a contract and require a 30% deposit off the listed price. We are upfront and honest with our customers, wanting them to feel 110% comfortable with and trusting of us as well as the puppy. I will send you a copy of the contract so you can review it BEFORE any money is exchanged. Please know, not everything will apply to your situation, and is not a personal insult to anyone- just things we have learned along the way to better protect Buyer, Seller, and Puppy. We STRONGLY encourage video calls, as it is comforting for you to know who you are dealing with, and that we legit have the puppy you are seeing, it is the same for us to feel comfortable with you. And if you are local enough, visits are always welcome!! We were in your shoes before when we bought our stud, he was our first and came from out of state....it was NERVE RACKING!!!!! sending a stranger a nice chunk of change to hold our pick, and then PIF before delivery...ya, we get it! Our number 1 goal is finding them a good home 2. recouping some of what we put into them. The doggie market is not good, the economy sucks, these guys are listed at a steal as they will surly steal your hearts! Serious inquires please.
