Meet JACAR Puppies

We started breeding almost 30 years ago with our German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers but as they got older we couldn't bring ourselves to get other dogs. After a while, as many of you probably know, our house started to feel empty. We fell in love with a picture we saw of a woman holding a dog on her lap but you could only see her head and feet. It was all dog. We immediately knew what we were missing. Now we have 5 Bernese Mountain Dogs, 1 Great Pyrenees, 1 Golden Retriever, and 4 Poodles. To say it doesn't get a little hectic sometimes is an understatement, but we love every minute of it. We soon decided to start breeding again. Our dogs are genetically tested. Our puppies are born and raised in our home as part of our family alongside our other dogs. We let our dogs have one litter a year so they can enjoy being a dog the rest of the year. We see a licensed veterinarian for all our puppies' needs. They are vet checked, up to date on their vaccinations, and dewormed. They do not go outside until they have their first vaccinations. They eat Iams Smart Puppy. They are very socialized and very loved. We do require an in-person meeting with prospective families before they can take final possession of one of our puppies. We also do not allow our puppies to be shipped, even with a nanny. We can deliver puppies for an additional fee. Our purpose is to help and watch as the right people and the right puppies make their love connection.
