Meet Nelly K

We are a small, family-focused Shih Tzu breeding program in Missouri, dedicated to raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized companion puppies. Our breeding journey began in 2016 in Oregon and has continued with the same commitment to responsible breeding and quality care. Our dogs live in our home and are cherished members of our family. We intentionally keep our program small so each dog receives individual attention, companionship, enrichment, exercise, grooming, and quality veterinary care. We believe dogs thrive when they are part of everyday family life, rather than simply being kept in a kennel environment. Our puppies are raised inside our home and surrounded by the sights and sounds of daily life. They receive plenty of hands-on interaction with adults, children, and other dogs, as well as age-appropriate play, enrichment, and gentle desensitization to common household experiences. Our goal is to raise confident, affectionate, and well-adjusted puppies who are prepared to transition into their new families. Health and well-being are priorities throughout each puppy's development. We closely monitor their growth and development and provide age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, veterinary examinations, healthy nutrition, exercise, and individualized care. We also believe that finding the right puppy is about more than appearance. As each puppy develops, we get to know their unique personality, temperament, and energy level. We work with families to help identify the puppy that is the best fit for their lifestyle and welcome open communication throughout the process. Our goal is simple: to raise quality Shih Tzus with strong foundations in health, temperament, socialization, and care, and to place each puppy with a loving family prepared to make them a lifelong member of the family.
