RUFFIN GSD is a family-owned German Shepherd breeding program based in Cecil County, Maryland. We are committed to producing healthy, well-tempered, and structurally sound puppies by putting care, consistency, and intention into every litter. Our dogs are part of our family and have been raised together since just 8 weeks old. Both parents are AKC registered, up to date on all vaccinations, and fully documented. We prioritize proper care, socialization, and a strong foundation to ensure each puppy is confident, loyal, and ready to thrive in their new home.
