Meet Stover's Australian Shepherd's, LLC

My journey with dogs began when I was just 14 years old, when I welcomed my very first best friend, Patches, into my life. Over the past 50 years, my love for animals has only grown deeper. Through the years, I have had the joy of learning about many different breeds, their personalities, and the special bond they create with their people. My love for Australian Shepherds began when my husband returned home from Afghanistan. I gifted him an Australian Shepherd named Sandy, hoping she would become a loyal companion. What I did not expect was that Sandy would quickly become my best friend, too. Her devotion, intelligence, and loving spirit showed me exactly why Australian Shepherds are such a special breed. As our family’s primary caregiver, and Sandy’s as well, I experienced firsthand the incredible bond that forms between a dog and their person. That bond is what sparked my passion for breeding Australian Shepherds with a focus on loyalty, intelligence, temperament, and playful companionship. As a certified dog trainer, I take a hands-on, personalized approach with every puppy from the moment they are born. I guide them through each stage of development to help ensure a smooth transition into their forever homes. Every puppy is raised with a strong foundation of discipline, respect, structure, and love. Our puppies are introduced to important life skills such as walking on a lead, ringing potty bells, crate training, puppy manners, and basic commands including sit, stay, down, heel, and place. I also take time to observe each puppy’s unique personality, talents, and strengths so I can build on those traits and help each one thrive. Our puppies come from AKC-registered parents who have been genetically tested to support the health and quality of our program. Puppies are veterinarian-cleared and kept up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations before going home. We take great pride in matching each puppy with the right forever family. Our goal is to create the best possible fit for a lifetime of love, loyalty, and companionship.
