Meet Tiny Fur Baby

I have been raising Yorkies for over 30 years. If you have a question, I probably have an answer. I adore the breed. Yorkies are over the top intelligent, they have BIG personality. Boys seems to love to snuggle and play fetch while girls seem to keep the house running smooth ( they think they are boss !!) I keep my puppies for at least 10 weeks ensuring the have all the knowledge they will need to thrive with their new family. I keep in touch with my new puppy parents for a week or so to make sure the adjustment goes smoothly. Then my puppy parents normally stay in touch with me! They send Birthday and Christmas updates which I LOVE. I live in sunny Southern California, in Perris. We are just south of Riverside. You are welcome to come to my house to see the puppies before making a deposit. Unfortunately, I dont allow any touching because of the puppies immature immune systems. I can accept deposits in cash, with Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, in person or over the phone. I will give you a deposit receipt with your puppy's info included. After you have placed the deposit, I will keep in touch with photos or video weekly or bi-weekly. You will come to my house for puppy pick up. At that time I will give you a sales contract and explain instruction for the first few days home. Puppy leaves with shot records, food, vitamins and a toy that has Mom's scent on it to help with the transition. I also give you a lot of information verbaly and in writing for the first couple weeks. You are welcome to call or text day or night if you have any questions about your new puppy, no matter his age. ( even if you have had him 10 years !! ) I try to be as accurate as possible when stating a puppy's adult size. I know how important it is to get the size you are hoping for.
