At Yellow Springs Kennel, we are passionate about raising healthy, well-socialized Labrador Retrievers with outstanding temperaments and strong pedigrees. Our puppies are raised with daily interaction, early socialization, and plenty of love to help prepare them for family life, hunting, service work, or companionship.
We focus on producing confident, intelligent, and family-friendly Labradors while prioritizing health, structure, and temperament. Our puppies are introduced to potty training foundations, different environments, noises, and social experiences from an early age.

Born on November 14, 2018, Ashley has proven herself to be a wonderful representative of the breed with her loving temperament, strong structure, and eager-to-please personality. She is affectionate with her family, confident in new environments, and passes down her calm, social nature to her puppies.
Ashley carries the genotype Chocolate – Hidden Black – EEbb, giving her puppies outstanding color potential while maintaining the classic Labrador qualities we value most. She has earned excellent health clearances, including OFA Excellent hips, normal elbows, and normal CAER eye certification. She is also genetically clear for CNM, EIC, PRA, and D Locus, demonstrating the strong health background behind our program.
As a mother, Ashley is attentive, nurturing, and produces puppies with excellent temperaments, trainability, and versatility. Whether her puppies go on to become loving family companions, hunting partners, or active adventure dogs, they consistently showcase the quality and personality that make Ashley so special. Mawkwa is a handsome and athletic Labrador Retriever known for his strong build, beautiful expression, and excellent temperament. He carries himself with confidence while maintaining the friendly, affectionate personality Labradors are loved for. Mawkwa has an eager-to-please attitude, strong retrieving instincts, and a calm, social nature that complements our program very well.
We have been extremely impressed with the quality, structure, and personalities he passes down to his puppies. His offspring are playful, intelligent, and highly trainable, making them excellent companions for families, hunting homes, and active lifestyles alike. Mawkwa puppies consistently show great temperaments, beautiful Labrador features, and the versatility the breed is known for.
Although Mawkwa is not owned by us, we are very excited to incorporate him into our breeding program and have loved watching the outstanding puppies he has produced alongside our females.
