Looking for a loyal, loving companion with an impressive presence? Our Italian Daniff puppies are a **50/50 cross between a purebred Cane Corso mother and a purebred Great Dane father.**
These puppies come from health- and DNA-tested parents, and we want each one to find a loving, responsible home for life!

The go-home date is an estimate and will be confirmed individually. Each puppy must be ready to leave and receive appropriate veterinary care before going home.
📍 **LOCATION & PICKUP**
Located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Local pickup is by appointment. Please message to discuss availability and any transportation options.

Both parents are on site!
- Mother: Purebred Cane Corso
- Father: Purebred Great Dane
- Both parents are AKC registered.
- The Cane Corso mother is also ICCF registered.
- Both parents have undergone health and DNA testing, with clear results for the genetic conditions tested.
We are happy to discuss the parents and their testing with serious, prospective buyers.

📏 **EXPECTED ADULT SIZE**
Italian Daniffs are a large-to-giant-sized cross, so please be prepared for a big dog!
For general reference:
- **Great Danes:** commonly around 110–175 pounds as adults.
- **Cane Corsos:** commonly around 80–120 pounds as adults.
Male puppies often grow larger than females, but adult size depends on genetics, individual growth, and which parent each puppy takes after. Your puppy may fall outside these ranges, and specific adult height and weight cannot be guaranteed.
Please consider the long-term costs of feeding, training, housing, and providing veterinary care for a large or giant-breed dog before committing.
📄 **DEPOSIT & PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS**
- A **$500 deposit is required** to reserve a puppy.
- A written purchase contract is required.
- Puppies are sold as companions with **NO BREEDING RIGHTS**.
- The deposit is nonrefundable if the puppy is not picked up within 10 business days after notification that the puppy is ready.
- If the puppy is not picked up within that timeframe, the deposit is forfeited and the puppy will be placed back for sale.
🏡 **LIFETIME COMMITMENT & RETURN POLICY**
We want every puppy to have a safe, loving, permanent home. As part of our required purchase contract, buyers agree that if they are ever unable to care for or keep their dog, the dog must be returned to us.
**Our dogs are not to be surrendered to an animal shelter or rescue organization, or rehomed to another party without our prior written consent.** If circumstances change at any point during the dog's life, please contact us so we can discuss the appropriate arrangements.
Our goal is to make sure every puppy has a safe future, even if that means coming back to us.
