Description

Meet Ivy! 🐾 Ivy is an adorable 12-week-old female Mini Goldendoodle born on July 26, 2026. She currently weighs approximately 7 lbs and has a beautiful, fluffy golden-apricot coat. Her mother weighs 12 lbs and her father weighs 15 lbs, so she is expected to stay relatively small. Ivy is still developing her personality and is in the early stages of potty and crate training. She currently eats Instinct Raw Boost Puppy food three times daily. Why I’m Rehoming Ivy: Ivy was given to me as a surprise gift, and unfortunately, I was not prepared to take on the responsibility of raising a puppy. I want to ensure she goes to a loving home with someone who has the time and resources to give her the care and attention she deserves. All items purchased for Ivy will be included, including her food and puppy supplies. Her first veterinary appointment is being arranged, and vaccination and deworming records still need to be confirmed. Located in Philadelphia, PA. Delivery is available within the Philadelphia area! Serious inquiries only! My priority is finding Ivy a safe, loving forever home. Adorable: Has a fluffy, teddy bear appearance. Petite: Small Mini Goldendoodle with parents weighing 12 and 15 lbs. Young and impressionable: At 12 weeks old, she is still learning and developing her personality. Curious: At an age when puppies naturally enjoy exploring their surroundings. Playful: At the puppy stage when play and interaction are important. Trainable: Young enough to establish consistent routines for crate training, potty training, and basic commands. Developing personality: Still adjusting to new experiences and learning about the world around her.

Pros

The Golden Retriever's legendary family temperament in a compact, allergy-friendly package — the most popular small family dog in America's designer breed market

Low to non-shedding coat in most individuals from multi-generation programs

Compact size (20-35 pounds) makes apartment life feasible without sacrificing the warmth of a Golden Retriever personality

Exceptionally trainable: inherits the Poodle's quick learning and the Golden's desire to please simultaneously

Cons

Among the most expensive designer dogs in America — $2,000-$4,000 is typical from quality breeders; the market's popularity has created many sellers without health testing

Cancer risk from the Golden Retriever parent is a documented long-term concern even in the smaller cross

Coat requires professional grooming every 6-8 weeks regardless of how small the individual is

Separation anxiety is extremely common — both parent breeds are prone to it, and the combination amplifies it
