Hi! We are looking for our furever homes. We were born just before Halloween and have been raised with love on a farm with adult sighthounds, horses and chickens. Our dad is a handsome, sweet Borzoi named Sinatra. He comes from Grand Champion international show and lure coursing lines, AKC registered on both his sire's and dam's sides. He is very intelligent and affectionate. Our mom is a doting Greyhound who nursed us until we were 8 weeks old. She is also very smart; she taught us how to play and how to use the dog door to go out to the yard, and we have been potty trained since we were 7.5 weeks old. We have been dewormed, vaccinated, vet examined, and microchipped. Socialized around adult people, children over 5 years of age, adult dogs, livestock and are accustomed to car rides and visiting pet-friendly stores. The horses on the farm are our friends. Available to loving adopters. Adoption application, home visit, reference check, adoption agreement and fee required. I'm a 9 month old male blue fawn Borzoi-Greyhound cross with longer hair. I have beautiful hazel eyes and a gray mask with a white blaze, and have a reserved, laid back disposition. I love to greet my person at the end of the day. I sometimes grin when I am excited to see my person or doggie friends. I would love to have a home with another doggie friend and a fenced yard, but no kitties please, they look too much like squeaky toys. Speaking of squeaky toys, I love to destuff a toy! I'm good with children age 5 and older. I love to have a good quick sprint in the yard once or twice a day. I am mellowing out and working on my leash manners. I can be kenneled while you are away. Bonus points if you like R&B, I am named after the iconic Motown artist "Smoky Robinson." My adoption fee helps to defray the cost of my vet exams, vaccines, deworming, training and supplies to properly raise and train me.
