Description

For a typical Maltese… • Height: 7 to 9 inches tall • Weight: Under 7 pounds • Lifespan: 12 to 15 years • Coat: Long, straight, single-layer, low-shedding, and hypoallergenic • Group: Toy Group • Affectionate: They form very close bonds with their humans and love to cuddle. • Playful & Lively: Despite their tiny size, they have a spunky, energetic disposition. • Alert: They can be vocal and tend to bark at visitors or unfamiliar sounds. • Sensitive: Because of their delicate bones and small size, they do best with careful handling and may not suit rowdy young children.
