🐾 Looking to Rehome Petey 🐾 This isn’t an easy decision, but we are looking to find a loving forever home for our boy Petey. ❤️ Petey is approximately 4½ months old and is a male pit bull/hound mix. We originally rescued Petey from a place a couple of hours away. He had been living outside full-time, was covered in fleas, and had worms. He has since been given dewormer. When we learned about the conditions he was living in, we wanted to get him out of that situation as soon as possible. We took him in to give him a safe place to stay and a chance at a better life. Unfortunately, we have decided that finding him a new home would be what’s best for him. Our goal from the beginning was to get him out of those conditions, make sure he was safe, and give him the opportunity to have the life he deserves. We are not looking to just give him to anyone. We want him to go to a safe, responsible, and loving home where he will receive the attention, patience, and care he deserves.
