Description

Lucy is a four-month-old Shih Tzu with the kind of personality that makes you smile the moment she trots into the room. She's outgoing in the best way, the sort of pup who's genuinely happy to see people and isn't shy about showing it. If you're looking for a companion who's going to be warm and engaged with your family, she's got that quality in abundance. In terms of appearance, Lucy has the soft, flowing coat and expressive round eyes that the Shih Tzu breed is so well known for. Her coloring is lovely, and her face has that sweet, open expression that tends to draw people in right away. Shih Tzus were bred for centuries specifically to be companions, and that history shows in the way they carry themselves. They're attentive without being demanding, and they tend to form genuinely close bonds with the people around them. In Lucy, those breed traits come through clearly. She's the kind of dog who pays attention to the people in the room and seems to genuinely enjoy being part of whatever is going on. She's been well cared for from the start, and we've made sure she's heading to her new home in good health. She's been vet checked, dewormed, and her shots are current, so you can feel confident she's off to a solid start. She's also ACA registered, which we know matters to a lot of families who want that added peace of mind about their puppy's background. She's the kind of dog that tends to settle right in and become a real companion, whether that's for a quiet household or a busier family with kids around. Shih Tzus are known for being adaptable, and Lucy reflects that. If she sounds like a good fit for what you're hoping for, feel free to reach out with any questions you may have and we would be happy to answer them for you! #4327
