This is Rome, my sweet 6-month-old Rottweiler🤎 He is such a good boy, loving, affectionate, and full of love to give. Sadly, I'm looking for a loving, caring family to give him a forever home. I'm applying to nursing school and will be away from the States, so I won't have the time to give him the care and attention he deserves. This is the only reason I'm rehoming him, and it's a very difficult decision for me. I've invested so much love, time, and money into Rome, including over $1,500 in training. Above all, I want a family willing to put in the effort to continue raising, training, and caring for him. Please message me if you're seriously interested. I have everything that you need, from a big XL crate, his food, bowls, toys, nail clippers, his brush, etc. I love him dearly and I truly would love a family that is just as loving. He loves being around his people and would make a wonderful companion for someone willing to give him the time, attention, and continued training he needs. I’m preparing for nursing school and anticipate moving away for my studies. With these changes and my work schedule, I won’t be able to give Rome the care and attention he deserves. This is a difficult decision, and finding him a loving, committed home is my priority. I’ve invested over $3,000 in his care, including more than $1,500 in professional training. He recently had a vet check, is healthy, and is up to date on his vaccinations. I also want to be transparent: Rome is entering adolescence and is still learning. He has plenty of energy, can be stubborn, and sometimes tests boundaries. He needs a patient, confident owner who uses consistent training and clear boundaries. His trainer has emphasized maintaining a structured daily routine. He needs daily walks, play, mental stimulation, and bathroom breaks, with arrangements for someone to take him out if his owner works long hours. His crate, food, and supplies are included to help him settle into his new home. Experience with Rottweilers or other large working breeds would be a plus. Please tell me about your household, experience with dogs, and work schedule when reaching out. Rome has so much love to give, and I’m looking for a family ready to commit to him for life.
