Description
Two merle standard poodle girls, ready to go home now. Hilliard, Ohio.
Their mother is my own service dog, Trixie. I train dogs - meet her in person and see for yourself the intelligence, obedience, and devotion she carries naturally — she is here, she
works, and she is the best argument I have.
Four puppies in this litter, not eight. One person did the early handling
by hand, one puppy at a time, every day since day three. They have been
raised around other dogs, including Great Danes and adult poodles. They
walk up to strangers expecting it to go well.
There is a 47-second video on my website of these two holding a sit-stay
at eight and a half weeks while I reach over them four times. Watch it
before you decide whether that's normal for the age.
Included: microchip, current vaccinations, full deworming series, vet exam
and dated health certificate, full Embark DNA panels on both parents handed
to you, and me on the phone for the life of the dog.
No registry papers — neither parent is registered, and I'd rather you had
the DNA. Companion placement with a spay agreement.
Homes are chosen, not first come. $3,500.

Her coat splits almost exactly half and half, tail included — that's the
tell, and it's where the name came from. Merle, no white anywhere.
Half and Half thinks before she moves. Something new happens and she
doesn't flinch and doesn't charge — she watches it, weighs it, decides,
and then commits completely. She learns a thing once and keeps it: teach
her on a Tuesday, ask on Friday, it's still there.
She holds a sit-stay at eight and a half weeks (see the video). Best with
somebody who'll give that brain a job.
