Description
These Australian Shepherd puppies are being raised on our family farm at Abilene Valley Farm in Lancaster, Ohio. They are well-socialized with other animals, children and exposed to everyday sights, sounds, and activities to help them become confident family companions. Australian Shepherds are intelligent, loyal, and eager to please, making them excellent family dogs, farm companions, and active lifestyle partners. Puppies will be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming and will receive a health examination before going to their new homes. We prioritize temperament, health, and proper socialization to help each puppy get the best possible start in life. This is the 3rd and final litter from the pairing of Eisenhower (75lb Sire-Blue Merle, red factor) and Mamie (40lb Dam-Black Tri, red factor).
They've produced a total of 19 puppies that have all grown to weigh between 35-55 pounds.
This bloodline has been companion-centric, lower on hyperactivity, yet athletic, playful, very intelligent and instinctively matching the owner's mood/energy.
Bonnie is extremely sweet and soft tempered. She is a great companion and used to being handled by owners of all ages. Regardless of what chores are happening, she is often at your feet and eager to stay there wherever you go. Bonnie has shown very good situational awareness and a low desire to be the dominant animal.
Bonnie also received the honor of being able to provide a last wish to a terminally ill child by giving the sweetest cuddles and kisses in the child's last hours.
