Description

11 Blue Nose American Pitbull Puppies. Currently sharing food bowls so there are no territorial issues. They were drinking/eating only from Panda until 4 and a half weeks when we began adding 2 puppy gruel servings a day. This helps with digestion while encouraging chewing and swallowing. They have been given their first, second and third set of shots (Spectra 5-June 18th, Spectra 6-July 17th and Spectra 10-Aug 16th) and have had a dewormer medication. They were only indoors until around 4 weeks; since then they have been learning potty training outside in a gated, brick paved patio. They have been raised around kids but are teething still and need something to chew on. Everyday their personalities are growing and they are so mush fun. Luna is a soft and cuddly puppy who is looking for a best friend or a family to take her home. She looks more like her dad than mom and has white toes. She loves a big hug and a big bowl of food. All she needs is you to take her home.

Pros

Deeply loyal, people-oriented, and affectionate with family — the UKC describes the breed as “eager to please and brimming over with enthusiasm”

Highly athletic and capable — excels at weight pulling, agility, dock diving, and canine sports

Low grooming requirements — the short, smooth coat needs only a weekly brush

Generally healthy with a lifespan of 12 to 14 years, longer than many breeds of similar size

Cons

Dog-selective behavior is an elevated concern — same-sex dog aggression requires careful ongoing management and socialization

Strength and drive require an experienced, consistent owner who can provide firm, positive leadership throughout the dog’s life

Breed-specific legislation (BSL) restricts or prohibits American Pit Bull Terriers in many US municipalities — buyers must verify local regulations before purchasing

High prey drive toward small animals requires management in multi-pet households
